OUT-SPOKEN ONLINE COURSE
CODE OF CONDUCT
Out-Spoken believes in both freedom of expression, and respect for each other’s differences. We aim for the highest standards of professionalism and expect the same from those participating in our programmes. The purpose of this Code is to set out exactly what we expect from all participants in the Out-Spoken online courses and you should of course expect the same level of professionalism from us.
By participating in the Out-Spoken online course:
Non-discrimination: Out-Spoken endeavours to not discriminate against people on the basis of ethnicity, race, age, disability, faith, sexual orientation or gender. We expect you to abide by this stance.
Respectful working: When working in the Zoom workshops please bear in mind that everyone in the group should have opportunities to speak and we kindly ask that comments are always respectful and constructive.
Abusive behaviour: You agree that you will not at any point in the online spaces provided whether moderated or unmoderated (including but not limited to group and individual zoom sessions, forums, chats, and messaging) bully, intimidate, coerce, demean or knowingly behave in any way that may cause harm to other participants, our tutors or team.
You understand that if you fail in our reasonable judgement to abide by this Code of Conduct, we may terminate your participation in the Course with no refund of fees.
